George`s line caught Cod in many ways (pan fried, salted brandade & smoked), carrots purée & orange curd, black ink crisp

Lamb chops with confit lamb & parsnips terrine, purée, rosemary jus

Chickpeas in many ways, seasonal vegetables ragú and lightly salted crisps
